1. Sale Approval All semen sales are subject to the discretion and approval of MacAnLeister Highlands. MacAnLeister Highlands reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, without obligation to provide reason. No contract for sale shall be deemed to exist until written confirmation of acceptance has been issued by MacAnLeister Highlands.

2. Payment and Fulfilment Full payment must be received and cleared prior to dispatch or collection of any semen. Title and risk in the semen shall pass to the purchaser only upon confirmation of sale and transfer of possession. MacAnLeister Highlands retains ownership until payment is received in full.

3. Availability All semen is offered subject to availability. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, MacAnLeister Highlands reserves the right to cancel or amend the order, with any payments received to be refunded in full.

4. Limitation of Liability MacAnLeister Highlands accepts no liability for loss, damage, or expense arising from delay, cancellation, or non-fulfilment of any order, whether caused by stock availability, storage conditions, transport, or any other reason beyond its control.

Straws are held at Agrigene, Wangaratta, Victoria.

It is at buyers cost and responsibility to organise transport of the straws purchased. You will be required to pay your ownership transfer and transport costs direct with MacAnLeister Highlands.
